RULES AND AGREEMENTS:
Please contact us to make sure time and date is available before booking grounds rental.
This time slot of grounds rental, does not give you exclusive rental space and time to anywhere of the five acres of the property.
Binders Gardens Venue has the right to rent to other photographers or clients at the same time slot to anyone wanting that time slot.
Things not allowed: No Smoking in the Garden areas, No alcohol drinks allowed anywhere on the property. No picnics with Food or camping out with food under the Open Barn.No lite Candles, sparklers, or any type of fire. No throwing confetti or bird seeds fake flower peddles or glitter. No candy in any kind of rapper. No picking flowers or plants from gardens. No alcohol. All Children must be with an adult, when near the lake edge as well as going over the bridge to the south side of the lake and property. Kids must stay out of the gardens, no throwing rocks or picking flowers or will be asked to leave. You agree to accept all liability for anyone who go near the lake and on the other side of the bridge. (We are in the country and there is wild animals, ants, bees, snakes, gators, insects, reptiles, and animals that could cause harm. Please keep your distance and be aware.) Binders Gardens Venue has the right to ask any guests or vendors to leave the property at any time. If any of these rules are broken, your rental fee will not be return.
Binders Gardens Venue has the right to change, move or cancel your grounds rental date due to any event that has been book at Binders Gardens. If your date is rescheduled or canceled; the client agrees to not hold Binders Gardens Venue, liable to any venders or clients cost lost, due to change of date or cancelation. Binders Gardens Venue has the right to denied or ask any vendors you hire to leave or vacate the property at any time and for any reason and will not be refunded
